Description:
This insect belong to the Order Neuroptera and the Superfamily Hemerobioidea.
The " Karkas " has 4 membranous wings that she hold in a roof-shape position.
The forewings and hindwings are almost the same size.
She has lateral compound eyes. The body is light green while the eyes and neck
have red marks. Body lenght is 2 cm excluding the antennae.

Characteristics:
This insect has chewing mouthpart which is used to eat other smaller insects.
The " Karkas " is considered a beneficial insect because she eats pests.
She is a swiftly flyer and sit on thin branches or beneath green leaves.
